What a Welile Proxy Agent Earns

Three earnings, each a percentage of an amount that has actually moved. None of them is paid on a promise.

2% when a partner's capital is put to work​

What earns it: capital you facilitated being placed into a partner's portfolio.

2% of that amount.

Example. A partner you brought on contributes UGX 10,000,000 and it is placed into their portfolio. Your commission is UGX 200,000.

1% when that partner puts in more​

What earns it: a further deposit by a partner you look after.

1% of the deposit.

Example. The same partner later adds UGX 5,000,000. Your commission is UGX 50,000.

This is why staying with a partner matters more than finding a new one. The first contribution pays 2% once; every deposit after it keeps paying.

1% on an Angel Pool contribution​

What earns it: an Angel Pool contribution made through you.

1% of the contribution.

The Angel Pool is company ownership, not tenant support, and its terms are very different — no monthly return and no dividends expected for at least four years. Read what participants receive before you raise it with anybody. Bringing someone into it without their understanding those terms is not a sale you want.

When the money reaches you​

Your earning is recorded first, then queued for approval before it credits your balance.

So there are two moments: the earning appears against your record, and later the credit lands in your withdrawable balance. A gap between them is normal and not a sign anything is wrong.

If an earning has been sitting unapproved longer than you would expect, contact support with the partner, the date and the amount.

Your statement is the authority

The rates above are what the platform applies today, and programme rates can change. Your statement shows what was actually credited to you.

If a credited amount does not match what you expected, raise it with support rather than settling it by argument with a colleague.

What does not earn​

  • A note on its own. Recording a commitment earns nothing. Money has to arrive.
  • A partner opening a link. Interest is not capital.
  • A note that stays pending. See after a note is created.

Getting your earnings out​

Earnings are credited to your withdrawable balance, and withdrawing has its own requirements — a verified identity, a verified payout number and a minimum amount among them.

See what you need before you can withdraw, and a commission is missing if an amount has not appeared.
