Proxy Agents
A Proxy Agent brings partners to Welile and records what each one has committed as a promissory note. When that money is actually put to work, the Proxy Agent earns on it.
Where a Field Agent works with tenants and houses, a Proxy Agent works with the people whose capital funds the rent.
The work, in one paragraph
You find somebody willing to support rent. You record their commitment as a promissory note — their details, the amount, and whether it is a monthly commitment or a one-off. You can earmark specific rent plans or empty houses to the note. The note starts as pending and becomes activated once the money is actually there. You earn when the capital is put to work, and again when that partner adds more.
