Understanding Your Field Agent Dashboard

Your dashboard is your working day on one screen. It is built for a phone, in the field, sometimes with poor network — so the things you do most often are the easiest to reach.

This page walks through what you are looking at. The app keeps improving, so a card may move or be named slightly differently; the ideas below stay the same.

The top of the screen

Your photo and name confirm which account you are signed in as. Tap it for your profile.

A session warning appears if your account is open on another phone. If you did not sign in somewhere else, treat it seriously — see account and security.

The bell collects things that need you: a funded request, a landlord verification, a sub-agent's commission.

An offline notice appears when the network drops. Keep working — your tenant list and collection forms keep functioning, and everything syncs once you have signal again.

Your wallet card

Right below that sits your money: what you have earned, what you hold as float, and any advance you are repaying. The buttons beside it deposit, withdraw, transfer, and open your statement.

These are different kinds of money and mixing them up is the most common cause of agent account trouble. If you read one other page today, make it understand your balances.

Cash deposit codes

Under your wallet is a list of cash handovers waiting for you to confirm. See payment codes explained.

The Home tab — your day

This is the board you work from.

  • Collect rent, add a tenant, list a house — the three things you do most, as big buttons.
  • Today's collections — what you have collected so far today against what was expected.
  • Your daily rating — how you are doing against today's target, and whether you can register new tenants yet. See the daily collection rule.
  • Promises to pay — where you log a tenant's commitment when they miss a day. The tenant gets a reminder on the morning they promised, and you get a nudge to follow up.
  • Your league position — how your collections compare with other agents in your region.
  • Service centre progress — how close you are to qualifying for your own Welile-funded office.
  • Earnings summary — commissions available now, earned this week, and earned in total.
  • Work equipment — order a company phone or an electric bike with nothing upfront, repaid out of what you earn.
  • Receipt conflicts — if the same payment reference was recorded twice, it is flagged here to clear.

The Money tab — your working capital

Everything about the money you handle:

  • your landlord payout pool, kept separate from ordinary float — money here is on a 24-hour clock, so pay the landlord the day it arrives;
  • moving your earnings into float without charges;
  • a working capital advance, if you qualify, repaid automatically from commissions;
  • what your tenants owe — total arrears and how much is at risk;
  • your reliability score, which is what grows your advance limit over time;
  • earned since your last withdrawal;
  • the repair tool for a deposit that has not shown up.

The Tenants tab — your portfolio

  • Add a tenant and open your house portfolio.
  • Tenants in arrears — who has missed instalments, how much, and for how long.
  • Expired plans — Rent Plans past their end date that still have a balance.
  • Your submissions — what is still under review, what is approved and waiting for funding, and what was rejected, with the reason.
  • Your tenant list — everyone you manage, with balances, daily amounts and quick actions to top up, renew or view a plan.

The Grow tab — building your network

Sharing tools and referral links: invite landlords to register properties, refer sub-agents and tenants, see your recruitment standing, and generate a link or QR code that lets a tenant record their rent history themselves.

The Service Centre tab — your team

For agents with sub-agents under them: who they are, how many tenants each has, what they collected today, and what their work has earned you.

Where to go next

The dashboard is the map. Each thing you can start from it has its own guide:

Why is a feature missing?

What you can see depends on your role, your permissions, your account status, your location and the current programme. If something a colleague has is missing for you, first check you are signed in to the right account, then ask support.
